refactored feedback & its depending stuff
- buzzer is just modulate_tone
- led is just turn on and off
- handle feedback logic to feeback file

implemented mocking of rpi hardware
buzzer,led & hotspot got traits and a mock version of it. Based on the
flag the real or mock version is used.
